Jean-Baptiste Faucher, Managing Director
Jean-Baptiste has acquired a strong experience in sales while working for a large array of companies in the retailing industry such as Decathlon, Hewlett Packard, Lego, French Telecom, and Carrefour. He has also carried works involving team management for trade companies, and international marketing in the fashion industry. Jean-Baptiste holds degrees in Marketing, Management, and International Business from France and New Zealand. He is currently writing a PhD thesis in the field of knowledge management and organisational behaviour. He has been supervising OC's operations since the beginning and has managed or co-manage more than half of the consulting projects.

Rob Mitchell, Executive Chairman
Rob has an extensive range of international experience in marketing communication. This embraces working for Organisations including BHP, Rio Tinto Mining,and major utilities like Australia Post and Melbourne Water. Clients through work in leading public relations and corporate communications consultancies included the banking, finance,insurance,legal and IT sectors. Rob has special interests in government relations, organisational management, retailing, tourism and environmental management. His academic qualifications include: Master of Arts in History and Politics, Master of Commerce in Marketing and Graduate Diplomas in Management and Teaching.

Tim Breitbarth, Co-founder and affiliated consultant
Tim has in-depth international marketing communications experience, especially from his time with Siemens, Infineon, DaimlerChrysler, the largest German broadcaster, ARD, and freelanced work in the sports, tourism and media world. He holds degrees in Social Science and Marketing Management from Germany and New Zealand. On the academic end, Tim mainly conducts research into issues of stakeholder management, public relations and sports marketing.
Sue Callahan, Co-founder and affiliated consultant
Sue has over 27 years of U.S. corporate marketing experience. Her background consists of product management, sales and sales management, and marketing management in a variety of industries including telecommunications and technology. Sue has been worked for Fortune 50 companies, such as AT&T as well as start-up firms. She also had her own consulting company in the U.S. addressing marketing planning needs of small firms while she taught at the University of Minnesota and California State University, Fullerton. She also holds an M.B.A, from Loyola University of Chicago.
Francisco Conejo, Co-founder and affiliated consultant
Francisco has an MBA and a Master's of Science in International Business from the University of Colorado. He brings a wide range of experience having worked as an advertising executive, marketing consultant, marketing manager and international marketing manager in the American, Asian, European and Latin American markets. His experience covers the tourism, food and beverage, banking and telecommunications categories, having worked with Fortune 500 companies such as McDonald's and Quest Communications, and smaller corporations such as Cerveceria Modelo (Corona Beer), Invesco Funds, Banco Popular, Organic Valley and the Winter Park Ski Resort, to name a few.
David Ermen, Co-founder and affiliated consultant
David has worked in wide range of marketing related roles from strategic planning consultancy, to research project management, to general marketing management. His research management experience includes project work in New Zealand, Sweden and Switzerland. He holds both a graduate and post graduate degree in marketing management from Otago University and is currently undertaking PhD research on reputation management in tourism destinations.
Kerry Kirkland, Co-founder and affiliated consultant
Kerry has over 17 years experience in business including time as a small business owner. She has worked extensively in general management,business development, project management and marketing and sales. Kerry graduated from the University of Otago with degrees in science and commerce and for her doctoral research is investigating service delivery and customer satisfaction in business-to-business markets.
